We are delighted to welcome Darren Palace, National Sales Manager, of Evening Land and Sandi vineyards to the Whisper Room for a showdown of West Coast Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

This very special edition of Winesday will explore Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara, California and Willamette, Oregon as produced by the critically acclaimed team of Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman.

Our featured wines will be from Sandhi (California), Salem Wine Company (Oregon), and Evening Land (Oregon). This unique opportunity will allow you to expand your knowledge and palate as it relates to terroir and the typicity (a fancy French word for does this taste like it’s supposed to) of both varietals.

We’ll be serving these wines alongside a few bites designed to enhance flavor and your experience.
