This series will help you show off your knowledge of sherry at a fancy restaurant, port over a friendly fire pit, or at the bar while you discuss some of the best known aromatized wines that you find on cocktail lists around town!
There's a weird world where wine and spirits overlap, and it revolves around Aromatized wines. We're talking aperitifs and digestifs and vermouth (but vermouth is big on it's own, so we're separating that class out). Have you ever wondered what an aperitif is? Or what the big deal is? Or how this higher ABV wines pack the punch that we're talking about? Ever tried something like Amaro after dinner and thought "whyyyyy?" Amber is going to do her best to demystify the world of Aromatized wines while simultaneously passing her passion for these odd concoctions on to you. We'll sample through a range of wines steeped with herbs from all over the world and discuss how, and why, you'd use them.
