Join us for a fun series of summer classes focused on taste! We'll be offering four classes, each focused on a common part of the 'flavor wheel', through July and August to help you train your nose and your taste buds.

This fun "scentsory" experience will break down major categories of the flavor wheel that wine professionals use to talk about wine. We'll explore how these smells and tastes manifest in wine and what they tell you about the wine in your glass. 

Our four sessions will be focused on the following categories: 

Fruits & Berries

Floral, Mineral, & Herbal

Nuts, Dairy, & Pantry

Sweet & Savory

Join us for a final fifth session that will put your knowledge together in a blind tasting. Participants who complete all five sessions will "graduate" from the Whisperer School of Sensory Tasting!

If you're looking to up your tasting game, you need to drop in on these sessions and take a deep dive with us as we explore flavor.
