This week’s Flight + Bite* is themed around one of our favorite things: volcanoes! No, we’re not going to be serving you a side of lava with a touch of smoke, but we are going to be serving up three incredible wines all coming from volcanic soil vineyards. We’re also excited to welcome Lauren Wiersma of Winebow on Tuesday night to get the week kicked off the right way.

There’s no reservation or ticket required to enjoy our Flight + Bite program. You’ll find it listed as a regular menu item, meaning you can enjoy it anytime you stop by the bar from Tuesday, March 28 through Saturday, April 1 during dinner hours (4 pm to 9 pm).

*So what, exactly, is the Flight + Bite? It’s our way of offering you a mini tasting menu in a more casual format. Enjoy a flight of three wines selected by our team alongside three small bites that we’ve expertly paired to those wines. Your Flight + Bite experience will always land somewhere between $28 and $35, depending on the wine and food involved.
