Step beyond Beaujolais Nouveau and discover the soulful side of this celebrated French region. Join Jenna for an in-depth exploration of Cru Beaujolais—the exceptional villages where Gamay shines with nuance, depth, and elegance.
In this class you’ll taste through a curated selection of wines that reveal the diversity of terroir, from the floral finesse of Fleurie to the structured power of Morgon. Jenna will share insights into the history, winemaking traditions, and modern renaissance of Beaujolais, helping you understand why these wines are beloved by sommeliers and collectors alike.
Whether you’re a curious enthusiast or a seasoned wine lover, this class offers a fresh perspective on one of France’s most expressive—and undervalued—regions.

Producer Dinner: Rasa Vineyards
We will be welcoming Pinto Naravane back to the Wine Whisperer for a paired wine dinner featuring the wines of Rasa Vineyards on Tuesday, November 18 at 6:30 pm.
Pinto and Billo Naravane have been wine enthusiasts since “forever." They are avid wine collectors and oenophiles. After working almost two decades in the Computer Industry, they finally ditched it all. Pinto and Billo took the plunge to go completely native in the wild, cut throat world of wine making. The Naravane brothers formed Rasa Vineyards in 2007 with the goal of producing ultra-premium, terroir specific wines.
Trust us when we say, you don't want to miss this.
Limited seats available. $150 per person (includes tax and gratuity). Purchase tickets here.

Oddero Intensive Tasting
Join us in the Whisper Room for an incredible intensive tasting featuring the wines of Poderi e Cantina Oddero, one of the most historic and prestigious houses of Barolo. From elegant white wines made from Timorasso, to the collectible bottlings of Nebbiolo from the famous single crus sites of Barolo, you will get to taste some of Piedmont's best offerings with Pietro Oddero, himself!
This is a can't-miss tasting for collectors and enthusiasts alike! We will be offering two sessions at 5:30 and 7:30 pm. Space is limited and tickets will go fast! Purchase tickets here!
Poderi e Cantine Oddero ranks among the oldest established Barolo houses and owns prized parcels in several of Barolo’s most prestigious crus. Many of the family’s holdings date back to the 1700s, and the very first bottle of Oddero Barolo was released in 1878. Their 35 hectares encompass many of the top crus in the Langhe and Asti, including but not limited to Bussia in Monforte d’Alba, Brunate in La Morra, Vignarionda in Serralunga d’Alba, both Villero and Rocche di Castiglione in Castiglione Falletto, Monvigliero in Verduno, Gallina in Neive, and Nizza in Asti. With Giacomo Oddero continuing to oversee operations, the iconic estate in La Morra is now run by the sixth and seventh generations: his daughters, Mariavittoria and Mariacristina, and their respective children, Isabella and Pietro. In 2017, the family completed the process of converting their vineyards to certified organic farming. Oddero’s centuries-long experience, traditional winemaking style, and devotion to organic certification combine to render the house a benchmark producer in the region.

Collector's Tasting: Dao & Duoro
August's Collector's Tasting whisks you to Portugal, specifically to Dao and the Douro Valley. Jenna has long lauded the amazing wines from these regions and is delighted to introduce you to some captivating and cellar worthy whites and reds (alongside some of their fortified counterparts). The steep hillsides along the river that grow grapes destined to become Port, also play home to the vineyards that produce some of the most outstanding dry wines in the world. If you've ever longed for the chance to get to know Portugal a bit better, this is your chance to do so through wine.
Sparkling Sunday
Join Jenna in The Whisper Room for a casual tasting of her favorite bubbles for this month. She didn’t earn the nickname Bubbles Princess for no reason!
$10 per person. Free for Wine Club Members.
Wine Class: Wild, Wonderful Washington
Washington state has one of the most diverse geographies in the United States. We go from the cool, rainy Olympic Mountains on the West coast to the soaring Alpine vistas of the Cascades to the barren, desert hillsides of the East. Wine grows in nearly every corner of this landscape from the San Juan Islands off Seattle to the cavernous Columbia River Gorge that borders Oregon. Jenna is excited to take you on a deep dive of the Columbia Valley and beyond, introducing you to some of our Whisperer favorites that run the gamut from Sparkling to Full, Bodied Red.
Wine Class: Amazing Alsace
Nestled high in the Vosges in Northeastern France on the borders of Germany and Switzerland, you'll find Alsace. This region is known for its brilliant white wine, stunning vistas, and Germanic roots. Almost all wine in the region fits into one of three designations: Alsace, Alsace Grand Cru, or Cremant d'Alsace. Here, Riesling and Gewurztraminer are grown alongside Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Sylvaner. Jenna is going to take you on a tour of the region via wine, touching on historical highlights, geography, and cultural traditions that influence the area today.
Collector's Tasting: Merlot
July's Collector's Tasting is a doozie! 20 years after the release of the movie 'Sideways' and the subsequent damage done the reputaion of Merlot in the United States, Jenna is here to prove to you why Miles was wrong, and Merlot is always right! One of the most misunderstood noble varieties, Jenna will be peeling back the layers on this complicated and complex grape with the intention to showing you why it belongs on the wine rack.

Wine Class: Warm vs. Cool Climate Wines
Join Jenna in the Whisper Room for a breakdown on climate and why weather plays such a vital role in shaping the wines of certain regions. In this class, she'll be primarily focusing on warm and cool climates and how they can change a single varietal. You'll be looking at wines like Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon side by side from regions around the world. This is a great way to build on your own knowledge of terroir and figure out what types of wine really get your palate excited!
